  • Fast Shipping Anywhere in the United States

    Orders from The Rink Collective typically arrive within 3–7 business days once shipped within the contiguous United States.

    Packages are not insured by default unless Returns & Package Protection is purchased at checkout. Please ensure you are shipping to a secure and trusted location, as The Rink Collective is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.

    Customers are responsible for entering an accurate shipping address at checkout. Any packages returned to The Rink Collective due to an incorrect address may be subject to additional shipping fees.

    We ship orders using trusted carriers including:

    • FedEx

    • DHL

    Shipping rates are calculated live at checkout using discounted carrier rates. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

    The Rink Collective is not responsible for packages once they have been confirmed delivered by the shipping carrier, including packages delivered to mailboxes, porches, or building mailrooms.

    Order Processing Time

    Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days.

    During holidays, product launches, or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

    Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information so you can follow your package to its destination.

    International Shipping

    International shipping availability may vary. Any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

  • All clearance or final sale items purchased from The Rink Collective are final sale.

    These items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

  • If your package arrives damaged, lost, or does not arrive, please contact us as soon as possible. You may submit a claim through our support team and we will review the situation promptly. If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement item or appropriate resolution.
