At The Rink Collective, community is at the heart of everything we do. We want you to love your gear but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to return or exchange an item. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
Unworn and unwashed (trying on for fit is perfectly fine)
Free from stains, odors (including smoke, cologne, or deodorant), and animal or human hair
In its original packaging, including the clear ziplock bag, with tags attached
Returned with the original packing slip or order number included
If you are returning a hat, please ship it back in the original box to prevent damage.
Please note: Excessive wrinkling or damage may result in a denied return. All returns are inspected upon arrival.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Final Sale or Clearance items
Any item returned after the 30-day return window

Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, please allow up to 7 business days for processing.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take 1–5 business days to appear depending on your bank.
Please note:
Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used at checkout
Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Returns & Package Protection is non-refundable
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We're happy to help.
Please follow the return instructions and include your exchange request with the returned item.
Exchange requests are processed once your return package has been scanned in transit to us.
If the requested item is out of stock, a store credit will be issued instead.
To ensure proper processing, please avoid combining multiple exchange orders into one return package, as each exchange is processed individually.

Please use the return label provided through our return portal.
If you purchase your own label, we may not be able to track the package or guarantee processing.
If you purchased Returns & Package Protection, your return shipping cost is covered.
If not, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us as soon as possible. Email support@therinkcollective.com within 30 days of delivery and include:
Your order number
Photos of the issue
If eligible, we will provide a prepaid return label (for domestic orders) and send a replacement.
Claims submitted after 30 days will be considered normal wear and tear and may not qualify for replacement.
